Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Head. As a CRM Head you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction retention and loyalty within our jewelry business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through various communication channels such as phone calls emails and inperson interactions.
2. Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products services and overall customer experience.
3. Customer Database Management: Maintain an accurate and uptodate customer database including contact information purchase history preferences and feedback.
4. Loyalty Programs: Develop and manage customer loyalty programs to reward repeat purchases and encourage customer retention.
5. Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
6. Crossselling and Upselling: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling products to existing customers.
7. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to staff members on effective customer relationship management techniques and best practices.
8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction retention and loyalty and develop strategies to improve performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role preferably in the jewelry industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
