Job Title: CRM Functional Consultant Salesforce
Location: New Zealand
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for Salesforce CRM implementation.
2. Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements including custom objects workflows process builder validation rules and other declarative features.
3. Collaborate with Salesforce developers to design and implement custom solutions using Apex Visual force Lightning Components and other programming languages.
4. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce implementations including troubleshooting issues and optimising system performance.
6. Stay current with Salesforce updates new features and best practices to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
7. Assist in data migration activities ensuring data integrity and consistency within the Salesforce platform.
8. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and customer service to align Salesforce solutions with business processes.
9. Provide support for businesses seeking to improve their customer service practices.
