The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various social media platforms exceptional communication skills and a passion for creating captivating content that resonates with our target audience. They will be responsible for managing the companys social media presence devising strategies to increase brand awareness and implementing campaigns to drive engagement community growth and lead generation.
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for B2B and B2C audiences
Create and manage content calendars for all social media platforms
Create curate and manage all published content (images video and written content)
Craft creative engaging and highquality social media posts that resonate with target audiences and align to the brand identity
Manage organic social media growth through community engagement influencer outreach and social listening
Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms including: Setting campaign goals and objectives / Identifying target audiences / Creating creative and compelling ad copy and visual / Managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance / Analyzing campaign data and reporting on results
Monitor social media mentions and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools
Stay uptodate on the latest social media trends and best practices
Manage ORM activities across various websites (SiteJabber Reddit ScamFighter)
Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop integrated marketing campaigns
Minimum 23 years of experience in social media management with a focus on both organic and paid strategies
Proven track record of growing social media communities engagement and lead generation
Experience with developing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn TikTok)
Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and tools including ad creation targeting and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
Datadriven approach to social media marketing and a focus on measuring results
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is mandatory

Previous experience in B2B and B2C marketing
Experience working with ecommerce or FinTech brands or platforms
Experience in content marketing or copywriting
Agency experience in social media advertising
Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
