Job Description: Creative Producer for Love Genre
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative producer to join our team as a Creative Producer for Audio Shows with a primary focus on creating exceptional content in the love genre. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Hindi scriptwriting a keen understanding of industry trends and a proven track record in producing engaging fiction content particularly in the realm of love shows.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Ideation: Brainstorm and develop innovative and compelling concepts for audio shows in the love genre.
Collaborate with writers and creators to refine ideas and develop detailed show concepts.
Script Development: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Hindi scriptwriting ensuring authenticity and emotional depth in the dialogue and storyline. Provide creative guidance to writers ensuring that scripts align with the vision for the love genre and meet highquality standards.
Show Production: Oversee the production process from casting to recording and postproduction ensuring seamless execution of audio shows. Work closely with voice actors directors and sound engineers to achieve outstanding audio quality and performances.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and audience preferences related to audio storytelling and love genre content.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with writers directors sound engineers and other production team members to ensure a cohesive and harmonious workflow.
Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of quality for all aspects of production including scriptwriting voice acting sound design and editing.
Long Form show : Making shows which can be extended up to 2000 episodes in length including setting up a writers room for the same.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in scriptwriting and creative production with a focus on love genre content preferably in the audio industry.
Exceptional command of Hindi script writing and storytelling techniques.
Indepth knowledge of audio production processes including casting recording and postproduction.
Experience of working on a show with more than 500 episodes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
Passion for audio storytelling and a deep understanding of the emotional nuances of love stories.
The candidate should possess experience and proficiency in crafting captivating promotional advertisements for audio stories within the love genre.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Film Media Communication Creative Writing or a related field. Additional certifications or coursework in audio production is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in creative production with a focus on producing love genre content in the audio industry.
