Heres what youll do:

• Develop strategy and plan campaigns to promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online).
• Implement marketing campaigns from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
• Manage the creative team and creation of marketing materials and content.
• Create engaging and informative content for the website blog social media and any other content across all marketing channels.
• Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with key players such as vendors advertising agencies and creative artists as needed.
• Manage influencers and PR initiatives in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager.
• Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts.
• Increase brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales financial public relations and production departments.
• Develop and manage the marketing departments budget.
• Oversee branding advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Manage the marketing departments staff.
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Stay informed of marketing strategies and trends.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Finance Business Administration or a related field.
• Masters degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience as a marketing manager
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies channels and branding.
• Superb leadership communication and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
