Creative Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a talented team of creative professionals fostering a collaborative and dynamic creative culture.
• Interface with clients both from India and Overseas
• Conceptualize and oversee the development of cuttingedge and compelling creative campaigns across various digital platforms.
• Partner with clients to understand their brand objectives ensuring creative solutions align with their vision and goals.
• Drive the entire creative process from ideation and storyboarding to execution ensuring highquality deliverables.
• Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and creative innovations to infuse freshness into our campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including account management digital strategists and production teams to ensure seamless execution of creative concepts.

About you:

• Experience profile: 57 years in an advertising / digital agency leading a team of creative pros.
• Proven experience as a senior creative lead or in a senior creative role within the advertising/industry. Agency experience is mandatory.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital campaigns and creative projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a creative team.
• Indepth understanding of digital advertising platforms trends and best practices.
• Web UI/EX experience Emailers and Landing page design are a plus.
• Good working understanding of creative tools. Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma and After Effects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey creative concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align creative solutions with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field Design and Fine Arts; Masters in Design is a plus.
• Proficiency in creative software and tools.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering impactful digital campaigns.
• A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and a commitment to fostering a culture of creativity.
• Excellent communication skills.
