Job Description

• Foster strong relationships with clients deeply understanding their needs and delivering topnotch customer service.
• Inspire and manage the team to deliver exceptional design work that drives conversion and engagement.
• Lead the design team to create conversionfocused landing pages and websites that meet the client s business objectives and target audience.
• Create Wireframes and Mockups using Figma Adobe XD etc as and when the need arises.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and developers to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends tools and techniques and incorporate them into the design process.

• Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of Web design principles best practices and conversionrate optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and solutions to clients.
• Selfmotivated detailoriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex design problems.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and conversionfocused design work.
