Role DescriptionThe Valentino Group is seeking a dynamic Tax Manager and a highly experienced Sr. Tax Manager to join our team. Your role will involve:

• Developing and implementing sophisticated tax planning and consulting strategies.
• Collaborating within a team setting to ensure toptier client satisfaction.
• Managing compliance reviews and providing advisory services across various engagements including individuals partnerships Ccorps and Scorps.
• Handling both domestic and international tax planning challenges providing a pathway to develop extensive expertise in tax management.

Qualifications

• CPA Licensed
• Minimum 5 years of experience for the Tax Manager role
• Minimum 15 years of experience for the Sr. Tax Manager role
• Profound knowledge in Tax Planning Compliance and Preparation
• Experience with tax laws and regulations
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Certification in tax or a related field is preferred
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required
