Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the configuration and customization of the Coupa platform to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Coupa with other enterprise applications
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and efficiency of the Coupa solution
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Coupa platform addressing user issues and enhancing system performance
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Coupa implementation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices for Coupa implementation
• Stay updated with Coupa platform releases new features and enhancements
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of Coupa modules and plugins
• Collaborate with vendors and thirdparty providers for Couparelated integrations and support
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Coupa platform capabilities and functionalities
• Participate in requirement gathering solution design and implementation planning
• Assist in providing training and knowledge transfer to endusers and support teams
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of the Coupa platform
• Proactively identify and resolve potential security and compliance issues within the Coupa environment
• Support and lead Coupa upgrade activities and new implementations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience in configuring and customizing Coupa platform according to business needs
• Handson experience in integrating Coupa with various enterprise applications such as ERP systems and CRM tools
• Proficiency in conducting testing and quality assurance activities for Coupa implementations
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the Coupa environment
• Experience in documenting technical designs configurations and processes
• Knowledge of Coupa platform best practices and implementation methodologies
• Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external vendors for Couparelated activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide enduser support and training
• Proven track record in leading Coupa upgrade activities and new implementations
• Understanding of security and compliance considerations related to the Coupa environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic fastpaced environment
• Certification in Coupa platform implementation and administration is a plus
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Coupa platform
• Knowledge of Coupa APIs and integration tools is preferred
