Tasks

• Development and expansion of the business cooperation with Network Marketing (DirectSelling) partners and new market development.
• Development and implementation of the marketing plan and business development strategy
• Indepth analysis of local market dynamics learning of the development of competitors according to the actual business of the company
• Responsible for the new market expansion and related support policies products logistics and other related aspects of support.
• Developing recruitment retention programs and marketing campaigns to build a customer base and loyalty
• Managing and executing the sales events online and offline
• Execution of all projects delegated from the Region.

Requirements

• Degree in businessadministration or equivalent education
• Experienced sales manager with at least 5 years of work experience in NetworkMarketing
• Extensive knowledge of the local market and analyze market trends and be able to think independently; familiar with the use of social media.
• Excellent speaking and writing in local and English languages
