Job Summary:
Council Tax Officer / Revenues & Benefits Officer
Essential Experience Required:
Must have experience of working in a revenue environment.
Excellent Council Tax knowledge of council tax administration billing discounts & exemption and recovery
Experience of dealing with challenging customers call centre element to role
Additional information to note:
2 positions are available.
Systems used are Academy & Enterprise.
This position is hybrid (40% of the week is required in the office).
Justification for recruitment is Vacancy pending recruitment .
