Job Overview:
We are currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our Airtel Customer Service team in Indore. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills be selfmotivated and have a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone email and chat.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
  • Utilize problemsolving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Stay informed about Airtel products and services to effectively assist customers and promote upselling opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
