Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Contribute to the team by performing salon services
  
• Market the salon and build clientele
  
• Encourage customer retention and cultivate new business
  
• Help to create a work environment that encourages employee growth and success
  

• Current Nevada cosmetology license
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service by understanding the guest s needs providing quality consultations and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner
  
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register performing closeout procedures and light housekeeping duties
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Positive attitude PASSION FOR THE INDUSTRY and a strong work ethic
