Cosmetics Product Manager

SBLC Cosmetics is a B2B cosmetics startup located in Munich Germany. We specialize in the development of cosmetic products for consumer brands. We offer our customers highquality products and comprehensive solutions from development to procurement from private label to highly individualized cosmetic products. As a Junior Product Manager you play a central role in developing and expanding our supplier network diversifying our product assortment and realizing new customer projects. You will coordinate projects end to end from sourcing samples managing brand and product designs to production timelines and shipment.

Tasks

• You will work closely with our Customer Success Team advising them on various productrelated topics for new and existing customers.

• You will serve as the point of contact for our suppliers and coordinate the entire supply chain of products from inquiry of individual components through logistics to delivery to our customers.

• You will ensure that we can supply all customers with suitable products. To achieve this you will actively build new relationships with suppliers and constantly expand our product assortment.

• You will take responsibility for monitoring quality standards and conducting price negotiations with suppliers within our partner network.

Requirements

• Supplier Relationship Management: You possess a solid understanding of relationship management fundamentals making you adept at maintaining and enhancing supplier relationships. Your skills also extend to identifying and sourcing new products and suppliers contributing to the expansion and diversification of our product range.

• Project Management: You have experience assisting or leading smaller projects where youve gained insights into project planning operational execution and monitoring progress. This experience has sharpened your ability to ensure projects stay on track meet deadlines and achieve their goals demonstrating your capability to manage tasks efficiently.

• Product & Industry Expertise: With a foundational understanding of beauty products their production processes and current industry trends you are keen to deepen your knowledge in the cosmetics sector. Your enthusiasm for learning about cosmetics products and their applications is evident making you a valuable asset to our team as we innovate and adapt to market demands.

• Regulation & Quality Assurance: It is a big plus if you are acquainted with regulatory standards and basic quality assurance practices. You know how to maintain high standards of quality and compliance ensuring our products meet both our expectations and regulatory requirements.
