Corporate VP of Accounting Finance

The Work:

• Manage financial and accounting operations and planning for multiple hotel properties at a corporate level
  

• Guarantee robust tax planning compliance and reporting while overseeing and providing guidance on risk management.
  

• Lead and manage the corporate team
  

• Model culture of integrity respect humility and compliance
  

• Establish and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures across all properties and business entities.
  

• Drive budgeting and forecasting actively engaging in acquisition activities
  

• Lead financial audits and manage all financial transactions for properties and business entities
  

• Access establish and maintain appropriate operational accounting practices within all properties and business entities
  

• Provide daily weekly and monthly reporting
  

• Build and maintain strong working relationship
  

• Additional duties as required
  

What you ve already done (requirements):

• Experience overseeing financial and accounting operations and planning for multiple hotel properties or multi unit retail operations at a corporate level.
  

• Luxury hotel experience
  

• Bachelor s degree
  

• A track record of successful leadership
  

• Developed interpersonal adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
  

Compensation:

• Yearly salary base range of $170k $215k
