Manage financial and accounting operations and planning for multiple hotel properties at a corporate level
Guarantee robust tax planning compliance and reporting while overseeing and providing guidance on risk management.
Lead and manage the corporate team
Model culture of integrity respect humility and compliance
Establish and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures across all properties and business entities.
Drive budgeting and forecasting actively engaging in acquisition activities
Lead financial audits and manage all financial transactions for properties and business entities
Access establish and maintain appropriate operational accounting practices within all properties and business entities
Provide daily weekly and monthly reporting
Build and maintain strong working relationship
Additional duties as required
What you ve already done (requirements):
Experience overseeing financial and accounting operations and planning for multiple hotel properties or multi unit retail operations at a corporate level.
Luxury hotel experience
Bachelor s degree
A track record of successful leadership
Developed interpersonal adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
Compensation:
Yearly salary base range of $170k $215k
