Job Title: Corporate Trainee Software Developer

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development team to design develop and maintain web applications.
Gain handson experience in Java programming and Full Stack development.
Assist in the implementation of frontend and backend functionalities using relevant technologies.
Debug and troubleshoot issues ensuring the smooth functioning of applications.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Learn and apply industrystandard software development methodologies.
Requirements:
Recent graduate with technical proficiency in Java and Full Stack technologies.
Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Knowledge of serverside programming using Java Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with database systems (e.g. MySQL MongoDB) and RESTful API development.
Strong problemsolving skills and a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Type: Fulltime Corporate trainee (36 months unpaid)with opportunities for performancebased incentives.
Work closely with experienced developers gaining valuable mentorship.
Build a strong foundation in Full Stack development through handson projects.
