TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- support the continuous process of software research, vendor selection and the department digital innovation
- coordinate the activities of projects concerning the implementation, rollout, and maintenance of the new company ERP SAP 4/Hana
- work closely with System Integrators with the dual role of Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert on the functional areas of the project
- plan and manage the work and the progress of digital projects activities
- review technical documentation, including specifications produced by internal or external specialists
- Coordinate the SAP Area IT Team, assigning tasks to collaborators and monitoring their progress
- In collaboration with the System Integrators, Manage independently the following activities:
- Planning and coordination of all project
- Assessment and gap analysis to support business

- Coordination, support and, when necessary, execution of test activities in accordance with the protocols and best practices provided for in the Pharma
- Support and coordinate the maintenance activities of the department application platforms both from a corrective and evolutionary point of
- Coordinate and support user training activities to ensure effective take-over by the business of the new
- Work closely with departmental colleagues to address effective integration of all systems
- Cooperate with the respective department managers to achieve the planned objectives by reporting progress to the department director
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in IT, scientific and/or economic
- IT skills and proven experience in the use and implementation of SAP management software
- In-depth knowledge of at least two/three of the following SAP modules: EWM, MM, SD, PP-PI, QM
- Experience in manufacturing companies with in-depth knowledge of specific processes in operations and in logistic management of the logical and particularly of the physical warehouse
- At least 5 years of experience on SAP projects, of which at least 1-2 in the position of Project Manager
- Knowledge of information systems validation processes (CSV) in compliance with GAMP and CFR21 Part
- Teamwork aptitude, good organizational skills,
