Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target corporate clients in various industries including but not limited to finance technology and healthcare.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers travel managers and procurement professionals within corporate organizations to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  4. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns promotional materials and sales collateral to effectively promote our services and differentiate our brand in the marketplace.
  5. Customize travel solutions and itineraries based on the unique requirements of corporate clients including group travel incentive trips corporate retreats and executive meetings.
  6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of our services and address the specific needs and objectives of prospective clients.
  7. Negotiate pricing contracts and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
  8. Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing expert guidance and recommendations on travel destinations accommodations activities and logistical arrangements.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams including operations customer service and finance to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  10. Track sales performance analyze sales data and generate regular reports to monitor progress against targets identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisionmaking.
  11. Stay abreast of industry best practices emerging trends and technological advancements in the travel and hospitality sector and share insights and knowledge with the team.
