We are currently working with a Corporate Finance Advisory firm who due to a very strong deal pipeline are looking to hire a committed and enthusiastic Associate. The firm offers a range of corporate finance advisory services including mergers and acquisitions valuations and fundraising and caters to a wide range of sectors both in the Irish and international markets.
Role Duties:
- Preparing and assisting with Business Plans / Funding proposals / Company valuations for both current and potential clients
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Advising on Strategic M&A on both buy and sell side
- Advising on Debt and Equity raisings including crossover transactions with our debt advisory and funding solutions team
- Financial analysis related to transactions
- Getting exposure to deal negotiations
Requirements
- Be a recently qualified accountant
- Have a strong academic background
- Have some experience in or exposure to Corporate Finance transactions
- Be comfortable developing and enhancing financial models and undertaking financial analysis
- Have excellent analytical project management and research skills with a strong commercial acumen
