Corporate Finance Analyst with German

Your mission:

• Develop various types of financial models for corporate planning and valuation
• Support Clevel in the evaluation of strategic opportunities including gotomarket M&A and capital structure decisions
• Prepare materials such as shareholder information management presentations and strategic reviews
• Support with capital raising

Your talent:

• 2 3 years of experience as a senior analyst or in an associate position in a toptier investment bank / PE fund
• Ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills especially financial modeling and valuation
• Very good communication and networking skills
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments and excellent time management skills
• Fluency in German (C1) and very good command of English required (B2)
• Knowledge / interest in the healthcare sector will be considered as an advantage
