Specific Job Responsibilities
- Product backlog and sprint management
- Requirement definition and development of inhouse core systems (Salesforce etc.)
- Collaborative development with external cloud services
- Investigation of impacts associated with Salesforce version upgrades
- Operational support for AppExchange products (packaging security review support etc.)
- Reporting and data analysis utilizing inhouse data
- Development flow establishment and improvement
- Handling internal inquiries and providing technical support
- Technical assistance to team members

Onboarding Image
- After joining we will share information about inhouse custom applications their utilization methods and challenges.
- Once the setup is complete you will handle simple existing GitHub issues.
- Development will progress while deepening your understanding through code reviews via Pull Requests.
- Once your reviews are successfully passed it will be the initial release!
- Subsequently lets gradually improve the entire inhouse system through handling more challenging issues and conducting hearings with business departments!

Minimum Requirements
- 5Java JavaScript C# Ruby PHP HTML CSS
- Salesforce Platform/Apex
- English
- 5 years or more of development experience in any language (Java JavaScript C# Ruby PHP HTML CSS etc.)
- Development/operation experience on the Salesforce Platform (Apex)
- Experience in developing releasing and operating crossdepartmental business systems
Preferred Requirements

- Although short in Apex experience those who have handson experience in system development are interested in Salesforce and inhouse system construction and have experience in introducing and operating AppExchange
