Role Description

We are seeking a manager to enhance our Corporate Communications division specifically targeting the UK and Ireland. This role demands a proactive individual who can craft and implement compelling communication strategies to engage and inspire our target audiences.

The roles scope extends across panEMEA activities and involves close cooperation with the EMEA Director of Corporate Communications to maintain high standards. The ideal candidate will bring a unique mix of enjoyment creativity and strategic insight to every endeavor. Key competencies include superior external and internal communication skills excellent writing ability effective interaction with highlevel executives and resilience in highpressure situations. The ability to operate independently focus on operations and deliver timely significant outcomes is crucial.

This position reports to the EMEA Director of Corporate Communications and maintains a strong connection with the UKI PR Lead within the global corporate communications structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PR agency operations in the UK and Ireland overseeing execution budgeting and reporting.
• Deliver results aligned with yearly KPIs and generate detailed reports to highlight the Communication teams impact on business objectives.
• Collaborate with Employee Communications for UKI internal communications and events.
• Provide strategic advice to UKI company leaders and teams fostering trust in the Communications department and partnering with the UKI Marketing team.
• Work with the EMEA Corporate Communications team to develop and refine thought leadership campaigns and materials leveraging extensive business and technology sector knowledge.
• Build and maintain positive media relations creating new editorial opportunities for brand exposure in conjunction with regional agency partners.
• Design and implement a standout customer and partner communications program in collaboration with the Customer Advocacy and Partner Marketing teams.

Experience Requirements:

• 25 years of relevant experience preferably a mix of inhouse and agency environments.
• Proven success in executing impactful public relations campaigns in Europe ideally within a global technology company demonstrating substantial accomplishments in a B2B setting.
• Strong abilities in creative thinking writing communication problemsolving management technical aspects and analysis.
• Indepth knowledge of the EMEA business landscape and extensive understanding of the business software/cloud/technology sector including key trends and competitor movements.
• Skilled in collaborating and building relationships at all levels of an organization including with senior leadership Marketing Sales and Support.
• Outstanding operational and organizational skills capable of introducing new ideas and bringing them to completion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
