Corporate Associate Attorney

Role Description

The Client is seeking a fulltime Corporate Associate Attorney to join our team in Rochester NY. This position will be responsible for handling general corporate legal matters including mergers and acquisitions financial/securities offerings governance and compliance issues and other business transactions.

Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State with a minimum of five years of related experience possess strong drafting negotiation and technical skills and be motivated selfstarters who take ownership of their projects.
