Job Title: Core Java Developer Location : Milpitas, CA Object Oriented Fundamentals and Design - Extensive Experience Java Patterns - Hands on Experience. Synchronization/Multi Threading - Extensive Experience POJO Serialization - Hands on Experience. Serial communication - Basic Experience or Have Knowledge Socket communication - Extensive Experience JNI - Hands on Experience. RMI/CORBA - Basic Experience or Have Knowledge Java Certification - Better if present. Java Framework such as Spring, ANT, MAVEN shall be good to have. Jython or similar - Basic Experience or Have Knowledge Unix/Linux: Basic Experience or Have Knowledge. Communication Must be proactive in communicating issues. Must be a good listener and learner Should be able to suggest improvements than becoming montonous. Must be able to work and learn any technology other than Java. Trouble Shooting / Problem Solving Skills Must be open or eager to solve problems. Must be able to analyze the problem using gathered Logs, or Profilers, come to a cause definition and propose fix. Must be able to get problems from the customer site and able to propose POA as quickly as possible.
