Your new role

As a Working Student Supply Chain (m/f/d) you will work in operational purchasing as part of our supply chain team and be responsible for the efficient and smooth handling of procurement processes. You work closely with the project management team and contribute to the optimisation of procurement activities. You contribute to the success of the projects by monitoring delivery dates and ensuring that materials are available on time.

What to expect

• Operational daytoday business: you issue orders and track the order status.
• Stock control: You control the stock levels with the help of our internal systems.
• Control of delivery dates: You always keep an eye on the delivery dates and ensure that materials are available on time.
• Documentation: You maintain and document purchasing data and documents in the systems.
• Support with analyses: You support the analysis of purchasing data and the creation of reports.
• Administrative tasks: You will assist with general administrative tasks in procurement.

• Your background and experience: You are currently studying for your Bachelors or Masters degree and ideally have some experience in procurement or related areas.
• Personal responsibility: You work independently and on your own responsibility and convince with your proactivity and structured way of working.
• Team player: You are an enthusiastic team player and distinguish yourself through your handson mentality.
• Language skills: You speak fluent German and English.
