The following are the requirements for the job position:

The candidate must have a postgraduate degree and possess excellent English writing and verbal skills.

The candidate should have prior experience in content editing proofreading copy editing content quality content writing and quality check and should be responsible for content review.

The candidate must be capable of performing both manual and digital proofreading tasks.

The candidate should have sound knowledge of translation (Hindi to English English to Hindi).

The candidate must be able to handle all editorial operations independently and monitor overall processing.

The candidate should know about content management systems.

The candidate should have the ability to adapt to changing situations and work well as part of a team.



Requirements

1. You will work closely with senior editors and development editors to develop content for Mittsures school products for Classes 1 to 8 (all Subjects).


2. Your role will be to provide editorial support including grammar checks sentence rephrasing paraphrasing and checking the structure/flow of the content following the Style Guidelines and templates.


3. Research the background of the title assigned to you so that you have a basic understanding of the subject and class level.


4. As a Copy Editor you will be handling multiple titles and editors at a time so you must be good at multitasking and keeping track of your followups and deadlines.



1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2. Generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets 3. Proven customer support experience of 6 months+ in an inbound customer care process and willing to work in 24/7 environment (Work from office) 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills 5. Strong phone contact, handling & Sales skills and active listening 6. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters 7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 8. Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management
