- Identify and coordinate with prospective clients who wish to apply for H1B in the US for job.
- Efficient phone etiquette and Email etiquette.
- Provide information guidance and support to clients regarding H1B process.
- Provide continuous support to clients until the commencement of case processing.
- Ability to work under target pressure.
- Good learning and presentation skills.
