Job Summary: We are excited to welcome a passionate and skilled Cook/Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team at Restaurant Name known for its exceptional seafood burgers steaks pizzas and brunch offerings. As part of our culinary team the ideal candidate will play a vital role in preparing and cooking diverse dishes while upholding the highest standards of taste presentation and kitchen cleanliness.


Responsibilities:


Prepare an array of ingredients specific to seafood burgers steaks pizzas and brunch items ensuring precision and quality.

Cook and plate a variety of dishes including seafood specialties gourmet burgers perfectly grilled steaks artisan pizzas and creatively crafted brunch items.

Contribute to the organization and stocking of food at various kitchen stations maintaining freshness and presentation standards.

Monitor food levels and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and delivery of meals across all menu categories.

Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and safety in the kitchen and food preparation areas particularly when handling seafood.

Work closely with the head chef and kitchen team to maintain consistency and excellence in all food offerings.

Operate kitchen equipment such as grills for seafood and steaks pizza ovens and various cooking stations effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:


Proven experience as a Cook/Line Cook/Prep Cook ideally in a similar restaurant environment with a focus on seafood steaks burgers pizzas and brunch items.

Indepth knowledge of cooking methods specific to seafood steaks burgers pizzas and brunch dishes along with a passion for culinary creativity.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment proficient communication skills and a strong commitment to following recipes and instructions.

Impeccable attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to delivering highquality dishes that align with our restaurants culinary identity.

Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation practices especially in handling and preparing seafood.

Flexibility to work seamlessly across various kitchen stations adapting to the unique requirements of each menu category.

Culinary school diploma or relevant certifications are preferred.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderately heavy objects.
