What Youll Do:

As a Conversion Agent you will be essential in nurturing client relationships driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction in the dynamic Forex trading environment.

Key Duties/ Requirements:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular phone contact.
• Develop and generate trading clients from new leads.
• Drive client acquisition by effectively promoting and selling the companys products and services.
• Deliver professional guidance and topnotch service to both new and existing clients.
• Keep clients informed with market updates and assist them in starting their trading journey.
• Manage client transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Introduce clients to new products and promotions offered by the company.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies procedures and compliance requirements.

Key Skills/Experience:

To excel in this role were seeking candidates with:

• 612 months of experience in sales or client relations preferably in the financial sector.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Professional interpersonal skills with a knack for negotiation and closing deals.
• High ambition passion and motivation with a proven track record in sales.
• Confidence selfmotivation and a relentless pursuit of success.
• Computer proficiency.
• A valid work permit is essential.
