Summary: We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all financial aspects of our manufacturing company located in South Fresno. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting and auditing with a strong background in financial management within the manufacturing sector. The Controller will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis budgeting forecasting accounting and reporting functions. Additionally the candidate must be comfortable with overseeing HR and IT costs across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the companys goals and objectives.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop longterm financial forecasts.
3. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
4. Cost Accounting: Manage cost accounting activities to ensure accurate product costing and inventory valuation.
5. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital and financing arrangements.
7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies.
8. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of finance professionals providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
9. HR and IT Oversight: Provide oversight of HR and IT costs collaborating with relevant departments to optimize spending and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
10. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes systems and controls.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field. CPA (Active or Inactive)
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
4. Extensive experience in cost accounting and auditing.
5. Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
6. Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
7. Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools and ERP systems.
8. Experience managing HR and IT costs across multiple sites is preferred.
9. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
10. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and make datadriven decisions.
