Chicobased construction client is seeking a directhire Controller to manage the accounting operations of the company. This is a fully onsite position with a yearly salary budget of up to $120000/year depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this opening please attach your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all accounting operations and manage the accounting department of the company
- Ensure financial reporting is accurate
- Provide support in establishing and monitoring the annual budget
- Manage all job costing and WIP reporting
- Accurately manage cash flow and provide assistance with forecasting as needed
- Other duties as needed
- 5 years of experience in accounting/finance or related field
- Prior experience working in the Construction industry required
- Experience using Sage 300 software is a plus
- Prior experience in management required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience using Excel (mid to highlevel)
