Our partner is looking for a Control System Verification Engineer in Sweden
Your daily tasks will be:
- Coordinate and support software testing and other QA activities across several technical teams.
- Establish track and follow up on relevant software quality metrics for the ESS control system.
- Periodic status reporting to subproject manager.
Requirements
You will be the perfect candidate if You have
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in relevant topic
- Experience with control systems integration ideally using EPICS but similar technology such as Tango or SCADA are acceptable
- 2 years of experience from software testing
- Documented experience in test tool and test script development
- Documented experience from planning executing and followingup on test and quality assurance activities in complex international software projects.
- Documented experience managing test automation in git using runners or similar
- Documented experience using python pytest and similar tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent oral and written English
Nice to have:
- Previous experience from big science facilities
- Previous experience from open source projects
- Experience with hardwareintheloop testing for PLC and/or FPGA based systems
- Experience with hardware emulators for software testing
- Previous experience in Scrum project methodology
