Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IT Operations Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing IT operations through the ServiceNow platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our IT infrastructure and services align with the needs of our healthcare professionals ultimately contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of IT service management experience with the ServiceNow platform and a passion for applying technology to solve healthcare challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the ServiceNow platform within the hospitals IT operations.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for effective IT service management incident management problem management and change management using ServiceNow.
  • Work closely with IT staff and hospital departments to identify and automate IT processes improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other hospital systems and IT tools to ensure seamless operation and data accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze IT service performance metrics using ServiceNow to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage and mentor the ServiceNow team including administrators and developers to ensure high performance and continuous skill development.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA) within all IT operations and ServiceNow configurations.
  • Collaborate with senior IT leadership to align ServiceNow initiatives with the hospitals overall IT strategy and goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations management with at least 2 years focused on managing ServiceNow implementations or operations.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing IT teams.
  • Indepth knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.
  • Certification in ServiceNow Administration or Service Management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT requirements and regulations such as HIPAA.
  • Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Proven ability to develop and implement IT service management strategies that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience with IT operations analytics and performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments and with external partners.
