The Role: Contract Manager Midlands

As a Contract Manager at Ground Control you will play a vital role in managing our field teams and directly employed staff to ensure the timely delivery of grounds maintenance work to the highest standard. Reporting to a Senior Contract Manager you will be responsible for:

Recruiting and training Field Teams in our Ways of Working and quality standards.

Daily quality monitoring of Field Teams work.

Line management and performance management of directly employed staff.

Building and maintaining client relationships.

Providing management reports.

Pricing selling and managing landscaping work including additional grounds maintenance work and large landscaping projects.
