Stone Sourcing are delighted to be hiring a skilled JBoss Support Engineer to join our clients team in Zrich Switzerland on a 6month extendable project. As a JBoss Support Engineer you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients utilizing JBoss middleware solutions.
Tasks
- Provide technical support to clients using JBoss middleware solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Interact with clients via email phone and ticketing system to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Create and maintain documentation including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve issues and enhance product functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a support engineer preferably with JBoss middleware expertise.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a Linux environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Our client are looking to hire ASAP and the interview process consists of 1 stage.
