This is a remote position.

Paradigm is seeking a Continuous Improvement Consultant to support our clients in the legal services industry. This person will work as a member of the Operations team. In this position you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives change management activities standardization and integration projects as well as performing data analysis that is used to change behavior throughout the organization. This individual will act as a change agent working across the various teams to identify high impact areas for improvement and implement solutions to enable positive business outcomes.

Type: 9 month contract
Location: Remote (Must be within 50 miles of Beaverton OR and/or Phoenix AZ)

As a Continuous Improvement Consultant you will:
  • Research analyze and evaluate data to identify patterns and validate accuracy and process performance.
  • Support Complex Process Improvement Workshops.
  • Drive Complex Root Cause Analysis meetings.
  • Support Operational Excellence work.
  • Support creation of KPIs for operational scorecards.
  • Drive Incident Management activities.
  • Identify key issues trends and potential causes that point to improvement opportunities.
  • Provide explanations interpretations and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Lead by example as an active change agent by leveraging influencing skills that come from prior Continuous Improvement experience.
  • Establishes strong effective and collaborative partnerships with key business area leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Support the business area with a solid understanding of the strategic direction and goals.
  • Focus on ideas that strive to eliminate redundancy improve client satisfaction and increase efficiency through LEAN & Six Sigma tools and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Quantifies and develops appropriate cost benefit measures for new or redesigned valueadded processes.
  • Collects analyses and presents business results to cross functional leadership teams.
  • Provides training coaching and mentoring on the use and practice of Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent problemsolving troubleshooting and project management skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels individually and as part of a team and to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure deal with stress associated with a fastpaced work environment and remain flexible and adaptable in changing situations.
  • Must be able to facilitate solutions across departments and teams collaboratively.
  • Experience managing projects while working under tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must be selfdirected and foster initiative in others.
