Content Producer Creator gn - part-time freelancer working student at LGBTQIA health startup

Youll be a pioneer in shaping the future of LGBTQIA healthcare in Europe contributing to making Every Health synonymous with accessible & convenient care in our community. Your role will be instrumental in creating an authentic brand image and reaching millions of queers to help them navigate their unique healthcare needs fostering inclusivity and positive health outcomes.

We are the first online clinic for queers by queers

Inadequate healthcare disproportionately affects queer individuals. 75 million LGBTQIA people in Europe have higher health risks yet still face stigmatization in healthcare. We are going to change this!

Every Health is building the first comprehensive healthcare platform for the LGBTQIA community. Starting with digitally accompanied subscription products for queer sexual health we aim to provide the best medical care from the comfort of your home.

We just launched our first product: the morningafter pill against STIs! It helps reduce infection risks by up to 80%. Our community loves it!

Were just getting started! We are a 5 people team supported by renowned investors partners and healthcare veterans. Together we want to grow Every Health into the goto brand for queer health and wellbeing.

Time frame: start in June 56 months with the opportunity to transition into a fulltime role afterwards

Tasks

You will work closely with one of our cofounders Dima to take our organic social media content to the next level. As one of the first members of our team youll play a crucial role in shaping who we are as a brand and how we reach our target community with viral content.

• Work closely with our cofounders to ideate & create original video segments for TikTok Instagram Reels (and soon Youtube Shorts)
• Shoot and edit highquality video content
• Build a content calendar and help manage endtoend content creation process including ideation staffing production and distribution. Optional: (co)star in our content :)
• Track content performance discovering and implementing actionable insights and identifying key platform trends
• Engage with followers and monitor comments and trends to foster a sense of community and drive meaningful interactions
• Be yourself innovative and bold. We want to be new and fresh every day and have fun doing it

Requirements

Youll excel in this role if you are

• Experienced in building a significant social following or have been the key driver of growth for a brand with a significant social presence across core platforms (TikTok Instagram Youtube)
• Deeply engrained in social media culture; you constantly scour the web for great content and are able to readily identify and jump on internet memes and trends
• Comfortable with basic video editing and graphic design software
• A born storyteller who can understand the messaging needs of a brand and turn those into platform native entertaining video stories

• Excited about working at a startup where youll be building processes and infrastructure
• Adaptable flexible entrepreneurial and collaborative problemsolver
• Have low ego high energy
• Possess professional proficiency in English with the ability to articulate humor and satire. Proficiency in German is a plus.
