Tasks

• Be the first line of defense for online content! Review videos news stories images and social media profiles.
• Become a content guru! Assess content for ageappropriateness violence sexual content and political transparency.
• Enforce the clients content policy with consistency and precision.
• Decode the nuances of digital communication! Accurately implement the clients terms of use across various languages.
• Be a team player! Contribute to employee programs training and initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
• Identify and escalate any potential issues that could impact performance or compromise required standards.
• Maintain the highest level of security confidentiality and professionalism in all your work.

Requirements

• Speak English and Azerbaijani Czech or German like a pro (C1 level)! Excellent grammar is a must.
• Experience in a BPO contact center or content moderation environment (past year is a plus).
• A strong stomach is required content may sometimes include sensitive topics.
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• Be a master communicator with strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal. Empathy is key!
• Have a deep understanding of the political and social landscape in your chosen language region.
• Pass a background check with flying colors.
