Content Manager

1. Create highquality technical documentation: Produce accurate and easytounderstand user manuals installation guides API documentation release notes and other technical materials for our software products.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts: Work closely with software developers product managers and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure technical accuracy in the documentation.
3. Simplify complex information: Translate technical concepts into clear and concise language that is accessible to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
4. Conduct thorough research: Gather and analyze information from various sources including product specifications technical specifications and interviews with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and uptodate content.
5. Develop and execute content strategies: Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand and business objectives. This includes creating engaging blog posts whitepapers case studies and other content to attract and educate our target audience.
6. Optimize content for SEO: Apply SEO best practices to improve the discoverability and visibility of our content in search engines.
7. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: Partner with product managers designers and developers to ensure that the content aligns with the product vision and user experience.
8. Review and edit content: Proofread and edit content for grammar clarity and consistency ensuring that it adheres to company style guidelines.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in technical writing and content strategy.
10. Will be responsible for writing content on the keywords provided to them by the marketing manager.
11. Should be proactive research skills is a must basic understanding of SEO and keywords implementation in content is must.

1. Proven experience: At least 36 years of experience as a technical writer Content Manager or content strategist preferably in a software or technologyfocused company.
2. Excellent writing skills: Demonstrated ability to write clear concise and grammatically correct content. Strong attention to detail is a must.
3. Technical aptitude: Proficiency in understanding complex technical concepts and the ability to effectively communicate them to a wide range of audiences.
4. Content strategy expertise: Experience in developing and executing content strategies across various channels including web social media and email marketing.
5. Familiarity with software development processes: Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum and the ability to work closely with developers and engineers.
6. SEO knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.
7. Strong collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including developers designers marketers and product managers.
8. Adaptable and flexible: Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities and able to quickly grasp new technologies and concepts.
9. Degree in English Technical Writing Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
