Helping the organization better understand their members needs the Content Labeling Associate is responsible for reviewing large amounts of curated material (typically reading samples of text or listening to audio recordings) and categorizing it appropriately.
Requirements
Required:
- Experience: No prior experience with categorization entry required
- Basic familiarity on products and services offered by banks and credit unions
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks such as reviewing and categorizing hundreds to thousands of interaction transcripts snippets daily
- Comfortable using computers for routine office tasks Creating editing and reviewing documents in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable communicating via various channels including: instant messaging emails and speaking in person as well as on calls
- Ease and openness to learning new tools and skills
- Detailoriented and patient o Proactive communicator
- Strong ability to focus for long periods of time
- Ability to follow and interpret instructions and procedures to accomplish assignments
- Ability to detect errors and initiate or arrange corrective action; follows through with cognizant parties to ensure resolution
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience with repetitive queuebased work such as data entry roles
- Strong pattern and trend recognition skills

- Familiarity with Contact Centers
- Experience that demonstrates knowledge understanding and application of operational support skills methods and procedures preferably in a financial institution
Responsibilities:
- Working independently categorize assigned material
- Participate in occasional meetings and training to receive updates guidance and instructions to remain calibrated with other Category Entry Supports

Bachelor s degree in computer science or information systems or other technically relevant degree Versed in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying PeopleSoft ERP HCM version 9.2. 10+ years of experience implementing ERP solutions (including Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.) with a minimum of five years of functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x Functional experience with one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: HR Core, Profile Management, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Workflow and Self Service Must be a team player and adjust to a dynamic working environment supporting a government agency. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and successfully work in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Preferred qualifications: Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 ERP implementation experience in large-scale projects Must have strong written, verbal, and listening skills. Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Note: DoD Secret clearance
