Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIRECTOR OF CONTENT
Your Responsibilities as a Director of Content:
Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audience preferences.
Oversee the entire content creation process from ideation to publication ensuring consistency in messaging tone and style across all channels.
Lead and mentor a team of writers and designers providing guidance feedback and support to foster their professional growth and maximize their potential.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing design and product development to align content efforts with overall business objectives.
Manage the production of marketing materials including but not limited to website content blog posts social media posts email campaigns and printed collateral.
Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and adheres to best practices for accessibility and usability.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using insights to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in content development and marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with external partners such as agencies and freelancers as needed to supplement internal capabilities and resources.
Uphold brand standards and guidelines across all content assets ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence.
Qualifications as a Director of Content:
Content Development and Content Strategy skills
Must have 5 years or more experience with content management systems
Must have 1 year experience with project management experience
Excellent Writing skills for different styles and formats
Marketing skills especially related to digital marketing
Latest SEO best practice skills
Knowledge of AI Tools
Magento (adding products CSV load etc)
Prior experience in leading content teams (mentoring and setting content calendars)
Have managed freelancers in the past
