Job Summary:

You will work closely with the Construction Manager and other team members to deliver highquality results. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects
• Perform various construction tasks including but not limited to carpentry plumbing electrical work and painting
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
• Inspect and evaluate construction sites for potential hazards
• Communicate effectively with clients subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and materials used

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Construction Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Valid drivers license
