Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Fulltime Construction Project Manager for an onsite role. As a Construction Project Manager you will oversee projects from conception to completion ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing project timelines budgets and resources as well as coordinating with contractors architects and other stakeholders as needed.

• At least 5 years of experience managing construction projects
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with contractors architects and other stakeholders
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field; or equivalent work experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working on largescale projects
• Professional certification in construction management or related field
• Experience with project management software (e.g. Procore PlanGrid)
