Construction Project Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our exceptional team. As a Project Manager your key responsibilities will include maintaining effective communication with owners and subcontractors leading estimating efforts and managing project budgets and schedules to ensure successful project completion.

Based in Fond du Lac WI client is a reputable General Contractor that places utmost importance on the success of our clients employees and subcontractors. As a valued member of our team you will work alongside professionals who share a common goal of building exceptional projects while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

We expect our Project Managers to demonstrate excellent communication skills and successfully initiate and maintain productive relationships with owners and subcontractors. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your leadership abilities by providing guidance to onsite management representing the company in projectspecific and strategy meetings and ensuring projects are completed to specification. Attention to detail and thoroughness are crucial as you will be responsible for procuring and vetting subcontractor bids interpreting plans and contract terms and coordinating project schedules with Site Managers to maximize efficiency. Additionally you will be an integral part of managing project finances and contracts including submitting change orders reviewing and approving invoicing and associated paperwork and representing the company at monthly draw meetings. Monitoring project progress updating schedules and ensuring customer and architect satisfaction through completion are also essential responsibilities.

To be considered for this position a minimum of five years of construction management experience or equivalent is required along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must possess selfmotivation strong multitasking abilities excellent time management skills and a commitment to providing superb followup.
