Job Description

Our client is Floridas Premier Pool Builder and seeks a construction project coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and / or education on the business side of construction management. Prior experience in pool construction is a plus but it is NOT required.

This is a fulltime position (inperson) with an emphasis on managing the business side of project management and customer service. The Project Coordinator should be capable of managing multiple projects and clients at a time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects
  • Main point of contact with homeowners during construction
  • Manage the business side of project management such as cost analysis and budgeting
  • Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied
  • Change orders and up selling
  • Maintain excellent organization & communication
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience as a construction project coordinator or construction business coordinator
  • Should have educational background in construction management and / or experience in construction management.
  • Experience with residential and commercial construction projects
  • Should be technically skilled in construction management software and Microsoft Suite to include Excel
  • Possess excellent communication skills & organization skills
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Positive can do attitude is critical
  • Valid drivers license meeting company insurance guidelines
  • A background check will be conducted for this position
  • Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience.
