Construction Electrical Assistant Estimator

As a Construction Electrical Estimator you will be responsible for assessing the scope of electrical projects preparing cost estimates and collaborating with our Estimating Team to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Project size (Electrical Portion): $1$10 million. Your expertise in electrical systems construction practices and market trends will contribute to the successful completion of projects within budgetary constraints. Salary Range DOE: $150000$200000 per year plus bonus and excellent benefits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems codes and construction practices.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detailoriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Professional Estimator CPE).
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Knowledge of sustainable and energyefficient electrical practices.
