Our client, a world leader in the Semiconductor industry is seeking an experienced "Configuration Analyst ".
Job Title:Configuration Analyst 3
Duration: Long Term Contract, Onsite on W2 only
Location: Totowa, NJ

Responsibilities:
- Manage the engineering design change process and maintain the ECI engineering documentation
- Manage inputs to engineering that come thru the ECR
- Insure information is complete and in an understandable format to enable fast execution of the change
- Answer questions, clarify issues, enter details as need for new submissions to ECR database
- Prioritize ECRs with input from Product Management and Engineering Management
- Classify ECOs per ECI standards, determine class and recommended approver lists for all ECRs
- Prepare and present ECRs in the CCB meeting as needed
- Execute Fast Track ECO thru document or design changes as defined in the ECI change management procedure EP-112
- Release BOMs and BOM changes in Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta)
- Track ECR database process weekly (New ECRs, Completed ECRs, Total ECRs in Track ECR cycle time (with sub-categories waiting for info, Engineering WIP, ECO WIP, etc)
- Create and release procedures as needed for the ECR, ECO and documentation control process, sponsor training sessions on the best use of the databases
- Create and maintain ECI documentation Maintain document templates, standard notes and design requirements as
- Execute document changes as needed for Fast Track ECOs and other design and documentation change ECOs as time
- Support manufacturing thru collection and prioritizing issues found in builds and executing fast track ECOs to correct issues as they
