Context
Within the Concept & UX Design team we support projects (& business) in delivering great convenient relevant & engaging customer experiences.
In our day to day job we include the many target audiences continuously in the various stages of development of our projects.
We are looking for experienced concept designers to support the long term evolutions of our mobile and web banking applications both for clients & employees.
Function Description
A concept designer is responsible for translating the value proposition of a product or service into tangible concepts and high level wireframes.
You define the initial big picture and conceptualize how the product or service will address the user needs and how it will interact in our complex ecosystem of external and internal digital channels (web and mobile apps advisors interfaces ).
You defend the voice of the customer and foster creativity to create innovative and feasible digital solutions that meet our customers high expectations.
You facilitate workshops conduct interviews and organize brainstorm sessions with different stakeholders to gather user and business needs and transform insights into tangible concepts. Your concept includes the information structure user flows and wireframes of web and mobile applications.
You validate your ideas with customers and consolidate your concept in a report and present it to internal stakeholders to eliminate various interpretations.
You mainly support projects during the ideation phase. However your role is not limited to ideation. During the full lifecycle of the project you will work in close collaboration with a UX/UI designer and the product owner to refine the solution.
Typical activities:
You gather info on target users characteristics user needs and business context via participation to regular projects meetings or benchmarking
You prepare user research to know more about user needs and context and test initial ideas. The actual user interviews are done by the user researchers within our chapter your role is to work with the findings of the test.
You deliver a concept report containing the details of the concept: users in scope market & competitor benchmark value proposition KPI s High level Schematics MVP definition
You regularly present (the status of) your work to stakeholders and process their feedback.
You set up the information architecture of digital applications a mobile app or website and work out the high level wireframes.
You brief the work of the UX/UI designer that will refine the proposed solution.

Education
Bachelor s degree in Human Factors / Ergonomics HumanComputer Interaction Cognitive / Experimental Psychology digital design or similarly relevant field

English
Must spoken and written is a must: deliverables are written in English most of the meetings are conducted in English
Required knowledge / Experience
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience / seniority in concept design service design and/or information architecture.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Proven and broad experience in concept design
Direct experience in Interface Design Interaction Design or Information Architecture roles.
Mastering common wireframing software solutions
Familiar with accessibility and usability best practices
Preferable
Technical skills will be considered as an asset during the selection process.
Business Experience

Proven track of broad experience in similar missions
