Job Description
Job Title: ComplianceLink Application Specialist
Location: Saint Louis, MO (Remote)
Duration: 6-8 Months
Job Type: Contractual.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with assigned business areas to gain a deep understanding of their processes, plans, and how technology solutions are utilized by them.
Understand the full product solution, its capabilities, and how it is used by RDS to support users and provide analysis and recommendations for future uses and solutions to support the business.
Work with RDS business to ensure understanding and utilization of the product's inherent capabilities.
Evaluate and analyze business requirements, elicit information to help identify business needs and objectives, and propose solutions to solve problems.
Manage ongoing communication and clarification of functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and comprehensive manner to project staff and other technical stakeholders.
Create and manage Solution Requirements Package supporting Business Requirements:
Use Cases and/or User Stories
Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
Interface Mock-ups and attributes
Process Models and descriptions
Workflow Storyboards
Requirements Traceability Deliverables
Application configuration changes with appropriate change management documentation
Requirements management and documentation
Evaluate solution proposals for technical merit and feasibility to satisfy business needs within tolerable cost and risk parameters.
Assist in the preparation of testing strategy and test plans and drive SIT and UAT

Qualifications:

Understands requirements (technical and functional) and solutions. Create requirements documentation and high-level solution designs. Identify the potential impacts of the solutions on our environment.
Experience operating in a quality control capacity.
Experience working in a project-focused organization (Waterfall and Agile).
Understanding of business analysis activities, tasks, tools, and deliverables. Excellent oral and written communicator.
Experience in writing SQL queries
