Key responsibilities:

The Compliance Trainee is responsible for supporting the Risk management and compliance activities of KPMG Delivery Networks Tax & Legal Audit and Advisory service lines as a member of the Compliance Team.

  • Perform administrative tasks in relation to compliance and screening documentation requirements
  • Use investigative tools and web research to identify and analyze beneficial ownership and potential sanctions
  • Monitor and review incoming alerts for potential sanctions matches and escalate as necessary
  • Prepare adhoc risk management reports and update risk systems as necessary
  • Perform and support operation of risk management and compliance controls

Requirements:

  • Ongoing studies preferably in Economics/ Lawrelated education with 1 more year of active student status
  • The ability to work 30 hours/week
  • Fluent Englishlanguage knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organized and detailoriented mindset
  • Good written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Teamplayer at heart
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Knowledge of MS office and open to learning new technologies/tools
